This has been the most troublesome car purchase I’ve ever experienced. The salesman wasn’t familiar with the features of the car and told me there were some desired features that came standard on the vehicle experienced. He could not adequately explain the hybrid features. The most disturbing is that 6 weeks later, they have yet to pay off my trade in and I’m now making 2 car payments and paying interest. When I called to address the issue, I was told by Shawn, the sales manager, “what do you want me to do about it.” I purchased my previous Ford when the dealership was owned by Medved. Their service was wonderful. If I purchase another Ford after this, it won’t be possible for me to support my local dealership. Think twice and maybe go somewhere else. More

Seth matched us with a great truck for our needs. COVID made it super convenient in that the truck got dropped off at our house, paperwork was done over the phone and on our porch.
