He knows Ford trucks and respected my desire for a specific set of features. He answered all my questions clearly, and concisely. Unlike so many others sales consultants who seem to think if they waste your time for hours you will feel compelled to buy something just to get out of there. John and the dealership offered a fair price for my trade-in. They didn't try all the stupid tricks I ran into at other dealerships. John got me into the truck I wanted at a fair price on the new one and a fair price on my trade-in. All handled very professionally and in a friendly atmosphere. It was a pleasure working with John Garrard and all the folks at Castle Rock Ford. More

Shawn O'Neill was a wonderful salesman. He found the exact car I was looking for and when it sold, he found another one with $2500 upgrades but only charged me $7 extra. The wife and I have been looking for a specific diesel to pull our RV for over 3 months. Don't waste your time. While visiting from out of state, I looked online and found that there was a used vehicle on the lot that I was interested in. I sent two emails on th While visiting from out of state, I looked online and found that there was a used vehicle on the lot that I was interested in. I sent two emails on their website, and used their instant messenger without getting a single call back.This should have been a red flag to me. Instead, I called them the next day and asked to speak to a salesman. We set up an appointment for the following day. I arrived at the dealership, pre-approved for a loan, and I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted. The car was 4 years old, low mileage (16k), and well kept. We test drove the vehicle, and it seemed fine. I bought the car, and canceled my return flight. I made it halfway home, about 600 miles away, before the car overheated and boiled all of the coolant out. The motor wouldn't turn over at all. It was late, and I already had a hotel reservation 150 miles further away. I called and texted the finance manager and the salesman. Both replied back, that there was NOTHING they could do because I hadn't bought an extended warranty. They said they could "get it in to be looked at" if I had still been in town. Neither of them gave a xxxx about me paying $35k for a vehicle to be left stranded halfway home. They made their sale and washed their hands of it. Long story short, $140 for a hotel room I couldn't cancel $350 to rent a truck $150 to rent a trailer $300 to get it into a shop to find out that the car had several pre-existing codes for "Engine Overheat Shutdown" $650 to replace the faulty radiator cooling fan that was bad before I bought the vehicle $200 for coolant and oil/filter change $450 to replace the starter motor that stopped working because of "heat soak" due to the engine overheating Now all I have to worry about is the engine failing prematurely because of all of the times it has overheated. I already know they're just going to say, "that's exactly why an extended warranty is important." I remember a time when you shook a man's hand, they actually cared about the customer and the deal. That's not the case with this dealership. Everything about this car has been a disappointment. For the money I spent, I expected more. More
