Brad was very patient with us as we negotiated to fit within our budget. I honestly considered buying from another dealer before meeting Brad, but now I won't spend my money anywhere else. Shawn spent an hour out of his day showing us every aspect of our new truck and was very patient with us as we asked him to show us features that Brad had shown us the day prior, but we had forgotten exactly what they were and how to use them. He was very patient when going over all the high tech features. There was not a question I could ask that he did not know the answer. Likely going back soon as it looks like my 2002 Ford Escape is unhappy about the competition that is now in the family. Roger predicted that would happen and gave us sound advice.
