Great service center as long as you work with Susan I have worked with Medved Ford since May. I hit a rock from a rock slide on I-70 and had over $13K of work done. Muffler, transmission, suspension, all of the under carriage basically. Susan was fantastic. She worked with the insurance, kept me up to date and was my "go to" person on all of the work done over the last 4 months. She researched various options to assist me in getting things fixed and offered solutions in keeping the cost as low as possible. When she went on vacation, another "agent" tried to fill in and failed to call me, failed to have my car left out so I could pick it up when they could not find what the problem was and failed to be much of assistance. So I am over all pleased with Medved service but STRONGLY suggest you work with Susan. She is a gem! More

Samuel was persistent, not pushy, in getting me to Medved for the test drive and I was glad he was. I drove a 2019 Ranger XLT 4x4 with the most awesome Hot Pepper Red paint. After a solid on and off road test drive I was convinced it was time to move forward. Sam listen to my needs and wants like the Lariat package, Crewcab, 4x4, and that awesome color I call Habanero Red. Unfortunately, there was one in the state. Roger, the sales manager, was called into action and he found me my Ranger out in Kansas. Sam went into his victory dance and I had a big smile. 4-days later Sam and I were checking out my new Ranger and I was ready to take "Habanero" home. I was already in the process of ordering a 2020 F150 from a dealer in South Dakota who I've partnered with for the past 29 years of owning Fords but BRAD HURLEY sold me on Medved Ford and they worked out a deal that I just couldn't pass up. Brad Rafter was the sales manager who worked up the budget numbers (great numbers!) - but I almost walked away from the deal when Brad Rafter kinda got on my case when I told him that "I would discuss it with my wife". Don't know about you, but I've been married 34 years and we are partners in everything, especially a $50k purchase. Offended was the word, for him to think I wasn't serious, especially after fighting the I-25 construction during rush hour up from Colorado Springs. So here's a little feedback for Medved Ford Leadership - BRAD HURLEY is the guy I bought the truck from and BRAD HURLEY is the reason I came back with my wife the very next day and completed the purchase. Rafter can keep his free bottles of water... I'm 56 years old, a 25 year military veteran and for car shoppers out there I recommend you fight the I-25 traffic and take the trip to Castlerock and check out MEDVED FORD - their prices and professionalism beat out anything I've found regarding Fords or Chevy's in Colorado Springs More
