While not a policy, they worked with us to delay payment and delivery because we were waiting to get $$ back on a return from another dealership who sold us a truck with a problem. Not only did they have the best price but they patiently helped us to find the right truck. I wanted towing options but didn’t want to pay more for lots of other extras that I didn’t need. Not only did they find me the right truck, the salesperson Kendall Saylor was very knowledgeable about trucks and towing. They even put on a B&W Gooseneck hitch for free to sweeten our deal, a $1000 value. At many other places, I found that I knew more about the truck than the salesperson did, which is not a good feeling when you know you aren’t that knowledgeable. More
