Andy noticed, I had a ankle injury, and asked me to wait, while he ran across the lot, to bring a new, F-350, to show me the same features on. Andy was very helpful, in answering and explain all the features and abilities of the truck, but I was after that F-450. As my Wife and I waited for her car to be finished in service, we starting looking at new F-150's. He looked at several, although not moving real fast, do to my ankle situation. I stopped to talk Details with Andy, and said I didn't care for the Short Bed Crew cabs, and I wanted to see a Long Bed. He spotted one in the North Lot, and pulled it around for me. I was impressed with the truck. Andy, then asked for my Drivers License, ran back inside, to take the photo copy, and we went for a test drive. I liked the truck, as did my Wife. When we got back, I told Andy we were going for Lunch, and to run to a few more stops, and I would call by 4, with my decision. I called at 4, and told him, to please put my name on the 150, and I'd be in the next day, to do the paper work. He said he would. A little while later, he called back and said his Boss would sweeten the deal, if we could finalize the sale that day. Your team e-mailed all the necessary paperwork to us, we filled it out, e-mailed it back, came in an hour later, Andy had the Truck washed, and gassed up, and went through a detailed explanation of all features and abilities. and sailed through the paperwork, and we on our way. This is the second New Ford we have Purchased from Your Dealership, and both transactions were Flawless. Thank you, and again, Thanks to Andy. He worked hard, to earn our Business, and is a real Asset, to your company. More

Leak in cooling system Finally found and fixed the leak that had evaded us for 4 years since the motor was replaced after the truck was only 1 year old. The leak was very hard to find since it wouldn't happen unless we were towing up a grade when the truck would get hot, but as soon as you would stop and open the hood it would stop and all you could see was the coolant on top of the battery and seeping out on the passenger side of the hood. After we made our decision on which tires we wanted they continued proce checking and found the set cheaper at a competitor, matched their rate, so our bill was even lower than quoted. I saw the two service writers interact with many customers and they always friends and professional. This is why I keep.coming to Medved Ford Castle Rock even though I live an hour away and have many options. More
