I was hesitant about purchasing this new truck in Castle Rock just because of the extra distance, but I must say that dealing with Medved Ford was by far the best dealer experience ever. Kendall Saylor was awesome to work with and made sure that buying in Castle Rock was worth my time and effort. He even bought me lunch! Medved and Kendall were Great I ended up ordering a new 2018 F150 through Medved and Kendall Saylor. I did a ton of homework and visited several dealers asking about certain options and how they worked. Honestly most of the sales folks did not have a clue. Kendall really understood trucks and was able to answer all my questions as they were pretty in depth. From a Medved perspective, I tried to deal with Phil Long Ford in Motor City and after one serious visit there on the pricing (I was using the Costco Discount) I realized they could not be trusted. I asked for a bigger discount and they tried to play a game and upped the rebate amount on the offer knowing full well that this would be a set amount when the truck came in. I am happy to say Medved beat their offer and it was pretty straight forward. Thanks Kendall for all the info as it was great working with you! More
