I had just had ankle surgery and John had the vehicle pulled up into the garage for us to look at so I didn't have to try to roll around outside and look at it. Terrible service department Have gone around the horn with Ford Service department for years. Until finally I almost get in an accident because the rear brakes go out on my car ( Have gone around the horn with Ford Service department for years. Until finally I almost get in an accident because the rear brakes go out on my car (which ford service replaced 2 weeks prior). Finally quite banging my head into a wall and quit going to MedVed ford service. Now I've been turned in to collections by Hertz rent a car because MedVed isn't paying their bills! It took the service department almost 2 weeks to figure out how to fix my brakes so I was told I would be compted a rental car. Unbelievable. More
