I had the most pleasant experience at Pugi Volkswagen on Jan. 25th. I had previously purchased a 2009 Jetta TDI there (new) and was looking to trade it in for a new Jetta because of the low mileage I still Jan. 25th. She strived the whole time to keep the deal well within my budget and she did exactly that. She was very helpful during the test drive and made it very easy for me to make my decision. Now I have a new car that is fun to drive and has new features that I didn't have before. I just took it into Pugi Service yesterday for the complementary one month inspection double check. I have been a customer at this dealership since 2009 and have always found everyone on the staff to be friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned about taking care of my vehicle, which just makes the whole experience so pleasant. I had been looking at a Landcruiser or Lexus LX for awhile. I found several but wanted to make sure that the maintenance had been done on it. He called a few days later to let us know it had. They also were willing to negotiate price. We went into test drive the car and Matt too care of us. No pressure and explained things. The next day we went in and got great financing even though the car was over ten years old. It was a great and hassle free experience. More

Matt greeted me late on a Wednesday night and showed me the car I found through the internet.
