A wasted, costly service trip Service Consultant refused to believe I had a missing part even when I showed him. He also refused to believe I had acceleration problems and claimed Service Consultant refused to believe I had a missing part even when I showed him. He also refused to believe I had acceleration problems and claimed my trip computer showed no problems at all. He then refused to go for a ride or have me show the problem to a mechanic so it woudl be clear. So after paying hundreds of dollars to Pugi, I had to go to another place wher the problems were indeed found. I was driving with a cylinder missing regularly, and a part missing from the header. Making it worse, I mentioned this to the nice girl who makes follow up calls, I then left a message for the service Manager who did not even call back. I guess they don't care if they get more business. It's a shame, they are located in a good place and offered a nice drop off service. More

We were extremely pleased with the service provided, mostly the genuine accommodations made by our service adviser. From the initial phone call, to welcoming us to the dealership (bright and early), hospitality, status updates, and final closure. Not only will we return to Pugi VW for service and request the same service advisor, but more importantly, we would consider buying our next car based on this service experience alone! New Lease After recently coming back to this dealership to get a VW Tiguan for my wife last year I returned to see if I could get out of a car I was very unhapp After recently coming back to this dealership to get a VW Tiguan for my wife last year I returned to see if I could get out of a car I was very unhappy with. Liz took all the time in the world to go over diffrent options and vehicles that I may like instead of my Infiniti. After finding the perfect vehicle, a Passat SE TSI, she not only got me a wonderful deal but took the time to personally track down the color and interior combo that I really wanted, rather than try to get me to settle for something I might not like as much, and picked up the vehicle and had everything ready to go by the time I returned to the dealership. I can't thank Pugi enough for the great deal and great service or Liz for the time she took to put me in the right car and how she went in my opnion "above and beyond" to make sure every detail was perfect. Pugi will definately see both my wife and myself again in the future not just for service but for our next vehicles as well. More

Most amazing uncomplicated new car aquisition ever!!! My sister and I both went to Pugi to get Jetta TDI's with the Premium Package. There are many reasons why we give them such a high rating - They deserve it!!! We started out online by doing the credit applications and submitting them to Pugi. We were immediately contacted by the dealership to begin the process. Rey was very helpful in explaining everything and getting things prepared before we arrived. My sister's car was already on the lot, and it was cleaned and ready for a test drive and delivery when we arrived. My vehicle was at a Peoria dealership and had to be relocated so I had to wait a little bit, plus I had to contend with other financing issues. The numbers were presented and because of the VW website (don't count on the VW budget calculator, it's way off), we were perhaps a little mislead (on the VW website), but Rey and John explained everything and easily negotiated a happy medium for everyone. Raluca handled all the financing and was just absolutely amazing and determined. While my sister's car was a simple process, my deal required a little more effort, not having anything to do with the dealership. I wasn't so sure I was going to be so lucky to take a new car home. However, my car was received and prepared for delivery, and I took possession a week later. Nonetheless, Ray, Raluca and John got us both into our new Jettas and it was a great experience. In the past it has always been an excruciating process getting a new vehicle, but at Pugi with Rey, John and Raluca, it was a pleasant experience. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get a new or pre-owned VW! I do have to say Rey goes the extra mile making sure we are completely satisfied with our cars! I haven't had that experience before in any of my new car purchases in the past. More

I brought my wife in for a second visit and test drove the Passat Diesel and though I liked the car very much I just couldn't pull the trigger on a diesel purchase, but according to my research and test drive I still believe that it is an excellent car. Eventually I bought another Make of car. In my search I visited six different automobile dealers . Joe was by far the most pleasant, and knowledgeable salesperson that I interacted with. He genuinely was interested our satisfaction. The dealership should be happy to have him as an employee. I wish him well. More

Fast, friendly and excellent experience!! Went there on a Tuesday evening to look at a Dodge Minivan they had for sale. Matt was great to work with. The price was too low for us to finance so he took it upon himself to recommend a newer model that we might get financing approved for. Well... We did! He called me throughout the next day keeping me updated of status and told us we were approved. We came in, looked at his recommended model, took it for a test drive and BAM! left the lot with our new 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. We couldn't be happier and everything took place within 24 hours.
