Toby, I apologize that we were unable to align your truck when you came to see us back in March of 2016; at the time there were 4738 miles on it. Due to the size of your truck, we are unable to accommodate it for an alignment. However, we would have been more than happy to set up an appointment with a truck shop to perform the alignment for you. Unfortunately, as seven months have passed - and approximately 7000 miles more added to your truck -the vehicle is out of the manufacturer’s warranty for alignments. Given the opportunity, Castriota would have been willing to work with you to resolve this issue, before you chose to have Register Chevrolet align your truck. Sincerely, Nick Galida
