I've had Chevrolets for 30 years and sure I've had problems with them, but never anything like my 2021 2500HD Z71. Every few months another crappy component breaks and Castriota charges another $1000 problems with them, but never anything like my 2021 2500HD Z71. Every few months another crappy component breaks and Castriota charges another $1000 to fix it. One time a cable was kicked at the firewall and the interior has to be removed to replace it, how does that Even happen? Obviously I didn't nick the cable in that area. Now I'm getting a "please shift to park" error. Put that in Google and you'll quickly see Chevy has a HUGE problem with this. What's great though is when I complained about the quality of this vehicle, the Service Advisor instead of saying let me see what we can do to help you said "Yeah, nothing is built like it used to be". You're representing the builder! I can assure you this will be my last GM vehicle, after decades of loyalty to your brand this is how I'm rewarded. More
Where to begin? Had a scheduled appt at 9am 3/22 to which I received a confirmation call. Arrived for appt Cathy could not find me so she claimed. She was aware of the issue before hand on my last visit. So they decided to KEEP MY VEHICLE from 8:17 am to 4:39 pm when I had to call and Cathy again had NO IDEA if my vehicle was worked or not. “No notes” she claimedSo then she tells me that I will have to wait until Monday? And when I asked for a loaner, she simply denied me and said when “ you can come and pick it up” I mean really? Anyways, I’m wondering as to how this even happens? Shameful and I cannot believe that I when back after my last experience. Should have known better. Wondering if the owners are aware of how customer are being treated specially a Veteran like myself and kudos to the “customer service Manager” for taking full ownership. Awaiting your GENERIC response. More
Bait and switch. Stay away. You have been warned! I took my truck here to be put on the scanner. The service representative said any diagnostic fee would be applied t Stay away. You have been warned! I took my truck here to be put on the scanner. The service representative said any diagnostic fee would be applied towards the estimated repairs. My truck was never put on the scanner and I was told I would have to pay for a second diagnostic fee. They misdiagnosed my transmission as a bad torque converter and then refused to deduct the diagnostic fee towards the repair. I asked specifically several times for the results from the scanner. I was told that they never put my truck on the scanner which is what I had initially requested in the first place. Upon discovery of the diagnostic fee not going to be applied to the job I promptly took my truck to another service provider. The new shop put my truck on the scanner and diagnosed a series of catastrophic issues with the transmission. I replaced the transmission with a GM certified factory warranty. When I called the service manager at Castriota named Nick he refused to listen to me about the misdiagnosed torque converter and the fee for said diagnostic NOT being deducted from the repairs. At one point in our conversation he told me that I was "all xxx%#@ up". Very un professional. At no point did I get the service I requested (scanner read out) but was given a misdiagnosed bill for two diagnostic fees for $400.00. BEWARE of Castriota Chevrolet in Hudson Florida. The service manager Nick has zero concerns for the customer and even likes to use profanity with customers 🙄 More

My truck needed new brakes so they put my Monte Carlo up in the air and showed me that the undercarriage was rusted badly from snow from Pennsylvania up north. they said I shouldn't drive it because it was in the air and showed me that the undercarriage was rusted badly from snow from Pennsylvania up north. they said I shouldn't drive it because it was not safe. I was so upset. The car looked so beautiful on the outside. I loved it! But some guy with a plain white Toyota corolla came up to me and said I could take it like it was and I could have the little white corolla. I hated it. The bumpers we held together by these skinny screw kind of things and when I walked around car there were many places where I found those silver clips. I was so angry. My monte had all the bells and whistles that worked fine. I loved that car.I really got duped by Castriota Chevrolet. More
