Wonderful experience at castriota Castriota Chevrolet was far and away the best buying experience I have encountered in regards to buying a vehicle. I put in a "price watch" request about a vehicle I saw online and Brittany Curatolo contacted me in regards to that vehicle. I explained to her I was just browsing and was not sure I wanted to purchase yet. She understood and followed up in a very non pushy way a few days later, and to me that made the biggest difference. When I decided I was ready to purchase I went to castriota to see Brittany. She was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. Brittany had other customers waiting in the lobby for her, so when it came time for my test drive she set me up with a very knowledgeable salesman named Gary Cravens. Gary was well informed about the vehicle I was interested in and a real pleasure to talk with. Throughout my time at castriota I never felt rushed or forced into purchasing. Gary worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted. The financing gentleman I dealt with was Matt, he was just as personable and friendly. I was shocked how fast I was able to leave the dealership once we had the deal in place. I was out and in my newly purchased truck within 30 minutes from agreeing on a price.
