Obviously since it wasn't his deal he could care less. Nice!!! Even if he didn't have a tool to tighten it properly, at least let me know so I can finish the job. If that is the attitude after the sale, I won't be a customer for long. More

We Had visited a couple dealerships in the pasco/pinellas area and did not receive any service. We felt like we were a burden to the sales people just asking to look at new Tahoes. From the moment we started dealing with her we knew we had an aggressive saleswoman with experience. Her first offer to us was straight forward; none of the hidden fees , she was upfront and competitive from the beginning. The last 4 vehicles purchased were bought through the same salesman, Jim Gilliam. Jim has always been extremely courteous and accommodating, sometimes going out of way to get paperwork accomplished. He has even driven to Largo to meet us when we have been unable to get to Hudson. Everyone we have encountered at the dealership has been friendly and always willing to help. The service department always tries to accommodate our schedule since we come from so far away. We also like the new car clinic they have for all new car owners. My husband and I will not go anywhere else. More
