My salesperson was Carol. She was so helpful and was more than willing to help me get the vehicle of my choice. She also walked me through every step of the process. And stayed with me until the end. She introduced everyone that had anything to do with the vehicle as well as give me a solid knowledge of what to expect in the future. The dealership team also really worked with me on the trade in. Part was order we were told to bring in and surprise after the part was in we were told that there is a charge. No call, nothing to let us know before service was done. Still had to pay even after they admitted they did not check the warranty information. The manager sat in his office and did not say thing. Worst service I have had at a dealership. Figure they would want repeat customers. More
