Every time I brought my car in for service they damaged it I spent $53k on my car and all they do is damage it. Every time I have brought my BRAND NEW car in for some issues that I have had they would tell me I spent $53k on my car and all they do is damage it. Every time I have brought my BRAND NEW car in for some issues that I have had they would tell me nothing is wrong. On top of that, every time I brought it there they have damaged my vehicle and I noticed that they damaged my left front rim. They have also scratched my center console . Now they don't know if they can even fix it.! One of the times they said they drove my car to see what the problem was, they said they drove it 6 miles and it had 9 extra miles on it and failed to find the problem. I tried to call to report the scratches and every time they tell me my service adviser is with a customer. They have said he will give me a call but has not yet called me back after 4 hours . I would NEVER recommend this dealership the anybody! The person who actually cares about customers is John Jourdain. Ive dealt with many people from chevy and none have been as caring as John. He went above and beyond to make things right. He listed and actually cared about what i was saying. The next day he got a great repair guy to come to my home and fixed what was wrong. That man deserves a raise cause if not for him i would never consider buying another chevy again. More

True customer appreciation This was our first purchase from Castriota in Hudson, FL. We were unsure of whether to buy a Colorado (my husband's first choice) or an Equinox. Our This was our first purchase from Castriota in Hudson, FL. We were unsure of whether to buy a Colorado (my husband's first choice) or an Equinox. Our salesperson, Elissa, took the time to show us multiple vehicles, some of each. Ultimately, we decided on a Colorado, but they didn't have the combination of options that we wanted. The first one they found at another dealer sold before they could arrange a trade, but they kept trying. We even met with the owner to discuss our trade-in. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, from sales to facility manager (may not be his actual title). One option we wanted is not available from Chevy, but Bob said they could add it later as a dealer option, and even showed us his truck that had it added. We'll do that soon. So we can't rate the service department yet. We weren't financing, so our experience with that department was limited to arranging the funds transfer. If you want a pleasant experience, try here. Most dealers aren't and that particular Sunday was rainy and we felt like "shopping". Very pleased with sales rep Gary Trial. We have purchased a dozen vehicles over the last 10 years and he was by far the best sales rep we have ever had. Very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and in particular the Camaro SS. He was also no pressure. It was refreshing to meet Mr. and Mrs. Castriota as well. The only complaint that we have is that we had no idea how long the paperwork would take. Almost 2 hours was too long. We thought the paperwork would be done by the time we drove up to Hudson from Dunedin but I guess a lot of people back out or never show up so understandable. Several errors were made on the paperwork and that increased the wait time. We were not impressed with that aspect of the deal and in fact rushed our decision on warranties because we were so ready to get out of there. We should have considered one of the options (tires). In the past with Dimmitt Chevrolet/Cadillac we were given 3 days to make the decision on warranties. Anyway, most of the experience was awesome but not the paperwork. More
