Most dealers aren't and that particular Sunday was rainy and we felt like "shopping". Very pleased with sales rep Gary Trial. We have purchased a dozen vehicles over the last 10 years and he was by far the best sales rep we have ever had. Very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and in particular the Camaro SS. He was also no pressure. It was refreshing to meet Mr. and Mrs. Castriota as well. The only complaint that we have is that we had no idea how long the paperwork would take. Almost 2 hours was too long. We thought the paperwork would be done by the time we drove up to Hudson from Dunedin but I guess a lot of people back out or never show up so understandable. Several errors were made on the paperwork and that increased the wait time. We were not impressed with that aspect of the deal and in fact rushed our decision on warranties because we were so ready to get out of there. We should have considered one of the options (tires). In the past with Dimmitt Chevrolet/Cadillac we were given 3 days to make the decision on warranties. Anyway, most of the experience was awesome but not the paperwork. More
