Absolutely dishonest! After spending almost 6 hours in the dealership because a finance writer quit that morning, i was promised a resolution to a rebate of $750. I was due After spending almost 6 hours in the dealership because a finance writer quit that morning, i was promised a resolution to a rebate of $750. I was due the next morning (it was 8:00PM and the finance manager and I both wanted to go home). Well the Finance Mgr. quit the next morning and after 2 months of calling GM and Castriota, being PROMISED a resolution by a manager, John Jordain, and finally for the past several weeks getting no return calls; I have had to file complaints with BBB and the State Attorney General's Office. They continually fire staff, and in fact my salesman who was the only part of the dealership that did what he said he would do was also just fired. I also was treated exremely rudely by a service adviser and service manager. Should be the last place you should think about buying a Chevrolet. I heard that they once had a good reputation, but if you read their Internet site (which does not allow me to leave a review), they have of recent had numerous complaints. BUYER BEWARE!! P.S. I truly tried to resolve this issue for 2 months before resorting to these measures, but they obviously don't care More

Service is slow, but other than that 5 stars. Second vehicle purchase at castriota and both went perfect! Debbie and Terry where neither pushy or opinionated. Debbie is a great sales woman. Of course she tries to move what's on castriotas lot, but is more concerned with your needs. Both Chevy trucks I purchased had to be brought in from other nearby dealerships. They received the vehicle's in within a couple days and they were ready to go. Great job! More

Steve Bretz explained all safety features which I was impressed with as my tradein was a Chevy Malibu with 5 star rating for safety. Since I have been a Chevy person for years I wanted another and was very pleased with my pick. Also liked Patrick Siborg as he explained every line I signed on delivery summary list. I felt very comfortable here and enjoyed Steve Bretz with the time he took in showing me around and his his explanation in his friendly manner. I would certainly recommend Castriota Dealership to others. More
