After paying for the car, signing the papers for the title was a nightmare. The other staff involved in preparing the title and paper work were uncooperative, rude, and treated me poorly. Watch out if you purchase a car from this dealership that the warranty is provided to you, the oil changed and that you are being charged the correct amount for the car....check it out online for the actual price. best car buying experience Not only did we get listened to when we told them exactly what we wanted the went above and beyond! We went in looking for a new van possibly a suv. Being we had three kids I wasnt 100% sure I wanted to go back to a suv. We looked at a van miles were a little high we told gary we had 3 kids we need room and didnt want high mileage. He instantly knew of a vehicle that the recently got in that was still in the back. It was a crossover three rows plenty of room for our family and low mileage! Not only did they find a great fit but help us get out of our van we were upside down in! And their finance department was great pat was very friendly and was a great guy to talk to. Another dealership pretty much pushed us away and castriota listened help and cared we know where we will be going for now on !!!! More
