excellent, best experience I've had buying a vehicle. I was very surprised on the courtesy, knowledge, patience of my sales person Blanche. The whole entire purchase went extremely well organized. We love our Cruz My husband and I went to the dealership around 11 am. Looked at a few cars, Our sales person Gary Trial came to help us. He answered all of my questions about the car on our test drive. Gary was friendly and didnt mind all the questions, I told him I wanted the the most options for the best price, Gary showed me the same car. different color that had a lower price tag . I was sold, my husband and I had to leave to pick the kids from school, We returned finish the deal. All was agreed upon and set. The issues I had which is why i gave them only 3 stars.... we waited over 2 hours to close the deal, this isnt counting in the office time, just to get into the office . We wanted the extra maintenance plans , we were never offered one .My husband asked about them, we were told we would get a call back .. its been 3 days no call... we left after store hours... Im disappointed with the wait time and them being understaffed to get the customers in and out. More

She gladly let us test drive all of them even in the rain. She was a very respectful, energetic and pleasant to do business with and answered all of our questions. she made the whole car buying process very nice. Debbie went the extra mile for us and we recommend her to everyone. She is the best. And also Al Schaefer who made the financing process very easy and explained everything to us. Al is a respectful pro at what he does with the numbers and he goes over everything and beyond to help us find the best numbers that we were trying to achieve. Al made us feel comfortable with the finance process. Al went the extra mile for us as well and we recommend him to everyone. And lastly the floor manager Mr. Pete. is the best. He worked with us to achieve the final number we came in with. He helped us and did not push us at all. He is a very professional happy person and excellent in helping us and he cares whats best for us. He would find a solution if the numbers were not where we wanted. He cares about customers and gets involved and worked with us to get that dream car. He also went the extra mile for us as well and we recommend him to everyone.
