From the beginning, Jerry did nothing but insult the other dealership we went to first and my husband's credit rating. Even when I subtly asked him to stop, he persisted. The final straw was when he wan other dealership we went to first and my husband's credit rating. Even when I subtly asked him to stop, he persisted. The final straw was when he wanted MY car for a trade in instead of my husbands (we were getting him the new car, not me) and I made a comment that my next car would be a Fiat. Jerry got uncomfortably close, pointed his finger at me and through gritted teeth he proclaimed that I was wrong and should purchase American made cars. I was concerned for my safety and found him to be most unprofessional. I will be contacting the manager in the morning regarding this incident. More
I was mislead and the vehicle was misrepresented to me. The sales associate was not versed with the knowledge to advise me prior to the sale. The owner, Tom Castriota was not very professional in the way The sales associate was not versed with the knowledge to advise me prior to the sale. The owner, Tom Castriota was not very professional in the way he handled the matter. He conducted our meeting in the lobby of his dealership instead of a private conference room. He told me within our conversation that his sales peoples job is to sell not to disclose every detail there is to every vehicle. YOU BE THE JUDGE !!! THERE IS A LOT MORE THAT I CAN'T GO INTO AT THIS TIME UNTIL MY ATTORNEY GIVES ME FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. More
My wife and I are regular purchasers of new vehicles and have steered clear of GM for many years because of the past poor experiences with them. We decided to give GM another chance, since our tax money wa have steered clear of GM for many years because of the past poor experiences with them. We decided to give GM another chance, since our tax money was now part of this organization anyway and I am sad to say it has been a very dissatisfying experience. We purchased at 2009 Colorado Pickup as our 3rd vehicle and when it had 1200 miles on it I was driving it down a busy highway (hwy 50) in Brooksville FL. When I crossed the railroad crossing the left rear tire blew out. It looks to me like a chunk of the tread where it meets the sidewall is gone and the tire instantly went flat. I did not hit anything except the track at the crossing and there are thousands of cars and trucks crossing that rail road track everyday without incident, which would lead a normal person to believe there is/was a defect in the tire. Your owner’s manual says the tires are warranted for 3 years/36K miles but when I took it into the dealer I was informed without even looking at the tire that there was no coverage for tires and a new one could be ordered for $94 plus mounting and balancing plus tax plus old tire disposal fee. So my conclusion is that the quality of GM products continues to be inferior and the service of my local Chevrolet dealer is subpar. I am sorry that I tried GM again, I will never make that mistake again, and I will certainly tell everyone I can everywhere with every possible means to stay clear of GM and stay clear of the dealership.
