When my wife and I came in the following morning, David d was relentless in searching for the exact Camaro we wanted even when we weren't sure what we wanted ourselves. Trading in two different vehicles for one SSCamaro was a bit complicated, but Dave took it all in stride. That is one very dedicated salesman you have, and my wife and I are very grateful for a wonderful experience buying this car. The car we found was not at your dealership, and David personally went and retrieved the car for us. My wife and I have had our share of dealings with less than honest people, and it was very refreshing to work with David and the entire Castriota team. More

They both went out of their way to get answers to my questions, Chris worked with the manager to get me a deal that was fair to us all. A bad start but a great finish I made a 45 minute drive out to the dealership for a very specific vehicle I had in mind after speaking to them the night before and twice that day. When I was 10 minutes away I got a call that the truck sold. Not a good beginning. However on arrival the salesperson had over options for me and I ended up purchasing a vehicle I was very happy with. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would use these folks again and recommend friends. More

Test Drive w/Tampa Bay Auto Show Incentive card Carol is very professional. She listens to the customer. She understands the needs of the customer.. I was able to drive three different cars. Carol thoroughly explained the warranties & features, as well as options such as buying new vs. leasing. I wasn't referred to the website for further details. Also, Carol was very patient during the gift card rebate process although it may have seemed like I was a Test Drive Fanatic. Last month, my family and I went to the Tampa Bay Auto Show @The Tampa Convention Center Gift card rebates were given after each test drive. Unfortunately, the invitation code showed as invalid today and no record although it had been regisered after The Tampa Bay Auto show and never used at another dealership. Yet, Csrol maintained her professional demeanor. In short, I was able to use the phone to call Chevrolet's customer service. There was no record of the code. Later, The situation was resolved in order to receive the gift card. In short, Carol and the other sales associates are very hardworking and eager to help all customers. Castriota Chevrolet allows a customer to make informed decisions without the typical sales bait & switch tactics. That is my tip!! More
