With a electric mustang all that was needed for 11000mile service was rotation of tires which was done in an hour. I was disappointed that the tire pressure was not checked. I ask a lot of questions, and she answers them patiently. The Service Director, Chris Thorn is also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. When I’m in for service he always comes over and makes sure my needs are being met. In my opinion Chris goes above and beyond to help me out and make sure I’m 100 percent satisfied! Not only is the staff amazing, but the service itself was top-notch. The work was completed efficiently and to the highest standard. What truly sets this service department apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They are transparent about the costs involved and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed, and they made sure I was completely happy before I left. I highly recommend the service department at Causeway Ford to anyone looking for exceptional car care.
