I was greeted by a young man who opened the door for me and introduced me to a very nice salesman who took me to his desk. Of course, asked a few questions and replied, we will work at your pace. No pressure, a good listener and showed me a few cars that I had been interested in. I got the information I wanted, test drove it and said I would think about it. The next day I decided on the Lincoln Nautilus that looked like it was made for me! The process was quick, smooth and it was such a surprise to see my car on the red carpet!! I love it! Repair of my 2013 Edge Went in for 65K mile check, ended up getting new front and back brakes. Ali took me out to the bay and had the mechanic show me how bad brakes were. Awesome service Causeway Ford service has to be one of the best dealer service centers. They greet you when you arrive, review what service is needed and if you have Causeway Ford service has to be one of the best dealer service centers.
