On Thursday, May 8, I checked in at 8:15AM to the service department. I drove out at 10:10AM. All I had done was an oil change. Nearly 2 hours and $85.00 for an oil change. The reason I got was they were busy. I always go early so that hopefully I won’t get backed up. One other thing: they have what’s called truvideo which supposedly tracks where your vehicle is throughout your whole visit from “welcome” to “ready for pickup”. That didn’t work at all. Totally useless. Why even bother having it. More
I have been dealing with Causeway since before 1998. Many different people including sales and service personnel. I have especially appreciated my service managers who take time to explain what is needed. Once a service tech even came out from the shop to show me a problem. Over the decades I have had to bring in a few tough jobs but mostly routine service. Since my cars do not break down, I attribute that to the careful techs who look at everything to keep the cars running properly. I appreciate the candid outline of what service is mandatory and what matters could be postponed. They use their knowledge to help me and I appreciate it. Both cars were serviced this time and a driver returned the first car to my house and picked up the second one. Thank you Sal and Kim. More
