They always want to find everything else other than what's wrong with your vehicle, than what you tell them. Every time I have taken it in to get fixed, they always break something. Last time they broke something and took it back for something else, they told me they would fix it, and guess what still did not get fixed. they need to explain the extended warranty better than they do. They totally screwed us on our Tahoe. Had us believing an extended warranty was unlimited. Then the GM offered us to trade it in but then wanted to only give us $7,000.00 on a tahoe we bought two years ago from them. Now reminded you the tahoe since has had a new ac, new transmission and new ball joints new rear main seal, new radio and new battery and new shocks and new lift gate and new manifold bolt and new ac seat, stabilizers, new leveling kit. Also when they broke something they filed with the warranty people so that took money away from the new engine I need for my tahoe. They wanted us to pay 8,000.00 out of 14,000.00 for new engine. Engines do not cost that much. I will never do business with the again. ALSO THEY OWN THE WARRANTY COMPANY PER THE GM. Theresa, does not know anything about service and Nicole is worst. She had people lie to us. More

Assisted by Brian Z, they both performed satisfactorily but I greatly appreciated Brian’s willingness to overview the car and his patience with Onstar to resolve a logon issue with my existing GMC account which was time consuming but he remained patient and was committed to familiarizing us with all the car’s features despite it being very near closing time. He never rushed the process. I would have appreciated a loyalty discount from the dealership especially since this is my 3rd Yukon and previously owned 2 Acadias. Cavender should appreciate that since I could have purchased anywhere but chose a dealership close to home. There’s something to be said about loyalty and it should be rewarded even if minimally! More
