Jessica was extremely helpful over the phone, negotiating took all of 15 minutes she had all the paperwork ready to go when we arrived from out of town. Hiring an attorney. Purchased a brand new Chevy 5500 cab n chassis on December 1, 2023.... it had to be towed on Jan 22nd and has been in the shop ever since. It has 20 Purchased a brand new Chevy 5500 cab n chassis on December 1, 2023.... it had to be towed on Jan 22nd and has been in the shop ever since. It has 200 miles on it and cannot be driven... The dealer has done absolutely nothing to be of service, no solutions have been offered which makes me wonder if maybe this happens a lot? Otherwise I would THINK that when someone spends $80k on a new truck and it is completely useless SOMETHING would be done to take care of the situation. So, I would not recommend giving any business to these people they certainly do not care and will not stand behind their vehicles. More
