If I could, I would rate this place with ZERO stars. The staff and management here has been thoroughly disappointing to say the least. We went to an EMPTY car lot of Saturday, which one would think would be staff and management here has been thoroughly disappointing to say the least. We went to an EMPTY car lot of Saturday, which one would think would be the busiest, and attempted to make a deal with Austin and James. Who for whatever reason we were never able to speak to again. The communication with our sales representative, Ursula, was a let down. As our advocate she let us down in more way than one as she was inconsistent with her communication and attention to our car deal. We tried numerous times to speak to someone about our deal but alas, no one could give us a straight answer about what happened, or they were to “busy” to speak to us. It seems hard to believe a Monday is their busiest day in a small town. I find their tactics to be disrespectful and quite honestly extremely distasteful towards those attempting a car deal. The manager Jim NEVER reached out to us as the company lied on my husbands review below. We attempted to call Jim as well, numerous times. Everyone is this place was so “busy” to give us a straight answer. If you choose to go to this establishment the ONLY person I recommend is Dusty, who was honest enough to let us know the truth about our car deal. More
