Tried to buy a Silverado from this dealership. Initial salesman did not know basic features of the car, then became sarcastic with me I opted not to purchase the vehicle based on the wrong inform Initial salesman did not know basic features of the car, then became sarcastic with me I opted not to purchase the vehicle based on the wrong information he gave me. A different salesman had to walk me through the actual features a couple of days later. During all of this I had a verbal deal in principal with the sales manager. When I came back with my trade-in, title, and loan approval suddenly the sales manager would not honor his commitment as to the price of the truck. Therefore the deal did not happen. I value professionalism and integrity above all else when working with a car dealership and in my opinion, Cavender Chevrolet fell short on both. More
