Cavender Lexus of Lubbock

I have dealt with Rudy Salazar, the Service Manager, over many years. I purchased a 2020 Lexus in May of this year. Unfortunately on a recent road trip, the windshield was cracked by a rock form a passing t many years. I purchased a 2020 Lexus in May of this year. Unfortunately on a recent road trip, the windshield was cracked by a rock form a passing truck. I contacted their service dept and talked to Rudy. He explained that Alderson Lexus has a local windshield company in Lubbock who performs repairs/replacements for them. He arranged the replacement with them, coordinated the purchase of the windshield, scheduled a time to bring my car in as well as providing a loaner if I needed it while the repairs were being made. Rudy did a great job in getting this done. All I had to do is show up with my car and Rudy did the rest. Thanks Rudy, Joe Augustine More
