It was super easy to buy the car, my sales rep was awesome. The car was deliver to my house. My issue is the car has 7800+ miles on it an the odometer statement I was given to sign matched the onlin awesome. The car was deliver to my house. My issue is the car has 7800+ miles on it an the odometer statement I was given to sign matched the online ad miles so I never questioned it. The Ad says it has 6100 miles on it. It is one thing to have a few more. To have 30% more miles than advertised is a bit rediculous. I unfortunately did all the paperwork before and it was delivered so I was unaware of the additional miles until I drove it later in the day after it was dropped off. I would have scored the dealer rating much lower but did not want it to impact my sales rep. The miles are an issue and I know when they were doing the paperwork they were handing off my file in finance but when they were going through it with me, first they did not add the trade, then the trade was valued wrong and I had to keep correcting things, then I was to get wire transfer information the night before delivery. It never came, then on the delivery day after the sales rep calling someone and waiting for it for a bit, I just wrote a check and gave it to them at delivery. They called and asked someone else for the transfer info, she could not provide it. She was on speaker, I told her I just write a check. She seemed taken aback and told them to call someone to see if it was okay. I get it that she was put in the middle of something she was unaware of but the correct words should have been - I am sorry they can't get that information for you, a check will be fine for now and we will reach out if needed.
