Scheduled my first car service through an email for my 2023 Rogue. Told by the email that my first service would be $35, but it actually cost $105. When I questioned this, I was basically blown off by the 2023 Rogue. Told by the email that my first service would be $35, but it actually cost $105. When I questioned this, I was basically blown off by the guy. When I got home tried to call the dealership. Wasn’t able to talk to anyone , but left my name and number. Then I called another Nissan dealership near me and they stated they always do the first service for free. After this review was posted Cavender Nissan indicated they have resolved the issue. I haven’t heard a word from anyone there. More

Doug Henderson was very helpful when I experienced an issue with my truck. He recommended a towing service & promised to get it looked at as soon as it arrived to the dealership in which he did. I am rating my visit with Cavenders Nissan in Rockwall, Texas poor because the Service Adviser recommended I have a Cabin Filter replaced in my car that had already been done previously. I had forgotten that the cabin filter had been replaced recently before and I feel it was his job to have known that by looking at my previous visit records. I don’t feel good about going back to that dealership. He didn’t even suggest about me getting a refund at all. More
