Who ever serviced my car got black grease on my seat and on my floor mat; Brian put a paper to Brian Biehl, serv advisor, was very helpful and nice. I had ask for a complementary car wash; but there was still dirt on the car as the same as I had arrived; therefore I cleaned the grease off when I got home. This is the first time this has happened since I bought the car and always went back to the service dept. to have it serviced. More

I have to travel almost 3 hours to get to Hudiburg. In the email received for the recall on my 2019 outback, it stated it would take up to 3 hours.
