No appointment,no problem I found a nail embedded in a tire. The pressure was still up so I called Hudiburg and they said bring it in right away. It couldn't be repaired so I p I found a nail embedded in a tire. The pressure was still up so I called Hudiburg and they said bring it in right away. It couldn't be repaired so I purchased a new one. Luckily it was in stock so I was in and out in about an hour. Not what I was used to with past dealerships. Good show! More

Good experience, no complaints The appointment was easy to make, communication was professional, my concerns were taken seriously. A loaner car was offered and gratefully received. This was a service I'd had with another dealership but not with this one until now. I like that. My only complaint is that the air freshener in the waiting room is so strong it immediately gives me a headache each time I go in there. Other than that, two thumbs up. More
