Up front and fast. I just bought a new Subaru. A few weeks later, I spotted an odd spot in the paint that was only visible in bright light. When I took it in, they made I just bought a new Subaru. A few weeks later, I spotted an odd spot in the paint that was only visible in bright light. When I took it in, they made no excuses, offered options, and set an appointment to fix it. After taking it in, they gave me a loaner and had it fixed in two days. The new paint is gorgeous and matches perfectly. I am less concerned about problems than I am about how they're dealt with. These guys admitted the manufacturing mistake and dealt with it quickly. Home run! More

Although Hudiburg Subaru has a policy of not correcting a known and simple-to-fix cosmetic flaw with the wheel covers, while I was discussing the issue with my service advisor, Pat took it upon himself to correct the issue. Frankly, that was above and beyond on Pat's part. Much appreciated. This was my first time having service done at any Subaru dealer. The overall service experience was good. Price about average, but speed of service was excellent. One negative was my experience on the phone. I tried to schedule maintenance on the phone, but was unable to do so. I left two messages and did not get a call back. Also, the person that initially answered the phone for the dealership said very quickly "Hudiburg", and when I asked her, "Hudiburg Subaru?" she said, "Uh, yeh." A bit rude...and I never did get a call back from the service manager. So... Overall, technically pretty good, but a mixed bag on customer service. At least one person that was willing to go above and beyond...and that's not to be taken lightly in this day and age. More

Easy 60,000 mile service I dropped my car off early in the a.m., and Pete the service manager got me into a nice loaner car right away. The folks at Hudiburg make you feel that your business is important to you, and that they want what's best for you, the customer. More
