Fixed problem quickly. After getting a flat , Firestone told me that because my car was a Subaru I couldn't replace just one tire. Needless to say, I went home feeling sad After getting a flat , Firestone told me that because my car was a Subaru I couldn't replace just one tire. Needless to say, I went home feeling sad and worried at the prospect of having to spend hundreds of dollars for 4 new tires. However, when I called Subaru, Brian told me to come on in so that he could inspect all my tires. He informed me that all the other tires were fine, and replaced only the tire that was damaged. Everyone at the Service Center was very helpful and nice. Thank you, Service Team! More

Awesome I had planned an out of state trip and while on my way I noted a "humming" noise coming from the rear of my Crosstrek. I drove to Hudiburg where I ta I had planned an out of state trip and while on my way I noted a "humming" noise coming from the rear of my Crosstrek. I drove to Hudiburg where I talked to Brian. He suspected wheel bearings were the cause of the noise and got me in the garage inside 7 minutes to diagnose the issue. Less than 10 minutes later Brian came back and let me know it was the rear wheel bearings. The parts were not available, so I needed a loaner. I had the key to this vehicle (a 2018 Forester) inside another 10 minutes. From drive in with no appointment to on the road in under 30 minutes? Unheard of! My road trip had to be delayed, but the service and waiting time were super fast. Got my Crosstrek back the next day, cleaned and ready to go. xxxx fine service! More
