Routine service oil change visit Advisor was fine, forgot his name though. When I brought my car in, the service manager let me know that I didn't have a timing I was convinced for safety sake I should get a new timing belt. When I brought my car in, the service manager let me know that I didn't have a timing belt-it was a chain and I didn't need to do anything. I had him change the oil just to make the trip worthwhile. Never had a service manager say I didn't need service! Makes me more trusting. More
a little disappointed I received a coupon for an oil change in the mail and decided to use it. After arriving it seemed like more of a ploy to do several other things to my car that I did not want. I made the appointment online for 12:30 on purpose since I knew I would be in the area. When my keys were taken I was told that several people were out to lunch and they would get to it as quickly as possible. They immediately pulled my car into a bay and the oil change took a little over an hour. The last time I had my vehicle in this shop they did an update on the emergency callout system. Ever since that date my radio has randomly changed stations on it's own, sometimes more frequently than others. I have called the dealership a couple of times about it. I did ask about it and wondered if they could check it but he seemed to think that wasn't the cause and did nothing about it. More
