I bought my Forester from Hudiburg three years ago and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Different people in the service department have helped me each time but they were all very friendly have had nothing but good experiences with them. The dealer (Hudiburg) received a seller's price, then their managers tried to squeeze out more when the car arrived. Telling us a system they had rigged in their favor on our trade-in was being "valid." their managers tried to squeeze out more when the car arrived. Telling us a system they had rigged in their favor on our trade-in was being "valid." Then they sent us over to their paperwork person that tried to peddle us a greatly over-priced extended warranty package, pieced out and collectively almost 3X more than an extended warranty I obtained from them on a vehicle I bought their two years earlier. Like suddenly inflation (their claim) was well over over 200%. Their salesman was very friendly and helpful in getting us set up in the vehicle, the reason for two rather than one star. Don't remember the names (or want to) except the salesperson. Their service department has been solid in the past. But did not appreciate being gamed by their management (or corporate, if that is their policy). More
