Nothing was done timely and there was lack of communication between the service department, adjuster, and myself. I really liked the new facility. It was a very comfortable setting to wait while my vehicle was serviced. I do have one complaint; the chairs in the main waiting area are not comfo It was a very comfortable setting to wait while my vehicle was serviced. I wound up sitting in the area near the elevator in a much friendlier chair! But, service and personnel were top notch as usual! More

Totally unimpressed with my service on 3/21/2022. I had a scheduled appointment yet still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle to get an oil change, wiper blade replaced and a wash. REALLY??? Plus when I did get my vehicle back, all my settings on lights and mirrors had been moved and/or changed. I will start going some place else to have routine maintenance done if this is the quality of work that is going to ensue. More

Brian is a fantastic service advisor and always takes a few moments to evaluate any issue with my vehicle beyond just the oil change!
