Great people to work with. A necessary part was ordered by service. I was out of town for a month so they held the part until I returned. Later I was informed that Subaru recommended not installing that part because apparently they were working on an updated version of the part. My question, why was I not informed about the incompatibility of this part before going through the effort of dropping off my vehicle? More

I went online to get an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. The web site said use the Express Setvice, no appointment needed. So I didn't make an appointment. When I got to the dealer, they asked if I had an appointment. I said no and they replied that it was going to be a long time. Which was true. Other dealerships give a courtesy carwash when you go in for oil change and tire rotation. Here they sent me a card for a car wash that expired before it was time for the oil change/tire rotation. It wasn't worth anything and my car left the dealership still dirty. Thanks a lot. They did accomplish the service and it did take quite a while but not as long as they had indicated. More
