They claimed I agreed to a service when there was no clarity on the cost of the repair. I called them when I saw the cost of the repair and they did not answer or return my calls. Though I had not approved of the repair through their texted quote system, they claimed I verbally agreed and they ordered the parts. Said they couldn’t return the parts and would not give me the car unless I paid for the parts. $1500 for air box. Forced me to pay. They ended up giving me parts at cost but charged $1800 for MAP sensor and airbox replacement. Avoid them! More
