Excellent service My 10 year old Scion tC had developed a whistling wind noise coming from the moon roof when it was closed and I was driving at highway speeds. I call My 10 year old Scion tC had developed a whistling wind noise coming from the moon roof when it was closed and I was driving at highway speeds. I called into the service department to get a quote for replacing a gasket, assuming that was the problem. I was told that I should come in for an evaluation before ordering any parts, as it could be something else. When I arrived they were able to check-in my car before my appointment time. They determined that the problem was not the gasket, but that the motor on the moon roof was not closing the top tightly. Until I decide to replace the motor, they corrected the problem by tightening the assembly and sent me on my way without any charge and without any wind noise. I expected a charge for diagnosis and labor, but instead was told I was free to go. Of course, I am very please with the way I was treated. More

The financial service was excellent-Wendy was excellent and although she was busy with someone else, she took the time to help me with the extended coverage/the gentleman that helped me was also excellent.
