We were treated with respect, all questions we had were answered fully to our understanding and as a consequence we purchased a new Avalon and Highlander. When picking up the Highlander, Wendy completed the paperwork which was very thorough and was done in a business and friendly manner. Terry then proceeded to introduce us to the Highlander and its many functions. He suggested, that for the initial orientation, that we write down questions, make an appointment and come back for answers and more information about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Terry and the dealership for anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
