I would recommend other than one concern. Before towed the car there I called to ask how much to change breaks on my 2002 trail Blazer. I was given an estimate of $200 for labor and $200 for parts for al the car there I called to ask how much to change breaks on my 2002 trail Blazer. I was given an estimate of $200 for labor and $200 for parts for all 4 front and back. When we got it there it was given me a price for $400 for the front only. So the price was not accurate. Felt I was stuck because the breaks were bad on the front and battery was dead so I had to go along with it although not happy. I don't want to blame the person doing the work because he tried to help and was not the first person I talked with before towing the car there and I do not have his name. More

I went to the dealer for a recall issue and Justin was very nice checking me in and making sure I knew where to wait. When I arrived at Bozart service department I was by greeted Roberto and he was very friendly and professional. I asked him a question why my car tail door would not lock. Met new service advisor Devin , he was courteous relaxed and thorough at writeup and checked my truck with me for any issues at pickup. Had lube staff wipe off oil on frame to my satisfaction. The service I received was very good and timely. Although I have had a problem with the speakers and still do I was told the warranty was expired and it would not be covered this problem started when the tru I have had a problem with the speakers and still do I was told the warranty was expired and it would not be covered this problem started when the truck was new and I have tried to get it resolved. I will have a very hard time buying another Chevy truck just because of this. It should have been resolved warranty or not! More
