I had an oil change performed on my 2024 Maverick at Celebrity Ford in Toms River recently. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was not too happy about that, but I feel like there isn't much y Celebrity Ford in Toms River recently. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. I was not too happy about that, but I feel like there isn't much you can do about it. So, I waited. On the plus side, I mentioned that the little chrome tip on one of power window buttons had developed a sharp tip and was told it would have to be ordered. I told the service rep I would have that replaced when my next oil change was done. I was not coming in just for that after hearing it would take an hour and a half for an oil change and he said he understood. Upon meeting with a different rep to pay for the service, he told me that they changed the chrome tip and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that! So, I guess it was a mixed feeling about the service. I really don't think it should take that long for an oil change. More

I called to get a tonneau cover for my recently purchased Ford Maverick. The price was as stated on the Ford accessory website. The dealer asked me if I was dropping it off or would I wait for it and then th Ford Maverick. The price was as stated on the Ford accessory website. The dealer asked me if I was dropping it off or would I wait for it and then they suggested they would have someone pick up the truck do the work and return the frock back to me the same day at no additional charge.
