Great job by entire sales, management, and service staff under difficult circumstances. They went out of their way to make sure everything was sanitized with customers health their primary concern! ....And under difficult circumstances. The Down's Ford people are always professional My problem is with FORD ,,,It is THAT simple. Love the car in general . But ~ ! The recall stuff has been stupid... Starting with ,,," your steeri My problem is with FORD ,,,It is THAT simple. Love the car in general . But ~ ! The recall stuff has been stupid... Starting with ,,," your steering wheel might fall off " & other things. added along the way . ...Now my remote start which was ordered and came with the car... Not even 5yrs old. and it does not work. That is one problem in and of itself. Especially since I have an aftermarket one on another car I own. Installed about 14-15 yrs ago... Still works...and still has original battery and mine on the Fusion does not. Then have the problem that the FOB doesn't even come up in their data base when it was ordered / installed at factory when car was produced in Mexico and purchased. So now a replacement ( as warranty has expired ) Will no doubt cost me dollars or I'll just leave the convenience of said not fixed. More

Worst customer service on the planet. I have attempted numerous times to use this service dept on my brand new Ford. I have made numerous appointments only to have them cancelled, and aski I have attempted numerous times to use this service dept on my brand new Ford. I have made numerous appointments only to have them cancelled, and asking me to reschedule. “THE” guy is never working to fix my car. Top that off with some of the worst service reps I’ve ever personally seen. More

On Vacation Rear Suspension dropped I went on vacation on my drive down the air suspension gives on my expedition I go online and make an appointment. The appointment schedule was open so I booked a 7:30 am July 5th. I arrive I was told that they were booked and if the mechanic has time he will LOOK at it. I asked the young lady how about tomorrow she tells me they are booked I glanced over and saw all days are booked then why the xxxx would you show availability on line and not have any. I wouldn't recommend this dealer at all. They lie.. Now my car won't get the service that it need... I'm screwed.... More

Kept Informed All the Way I am writing this review to let the owners of Downs Ford that my recent service experience was top notch. My Ford vehicle had multiple recalls and I w I am writing this review to let the owners of Downs Ford that my recent service experience was top notch. My Ford vehicle had multiple recalls and I was dreading going through the pain of spending my entire day at the dealership. That was not the case.....early bird drop off....a call to me to make sure that we were on the same page as what I work needed done and a promise of the time of would be ready. The next call I received was to inform me that my vehicle was done before the time that was promised. Under promise and over deliver....thats the way to do business. Thanks Downs Ford! More

TRUCKS LEAKS THEY WONT FIX JUST LOVE MOLD IN MY BACK SEAT well after dealing with the service department at downs ford i could have screamed took truck in to have it looked at found out battery was no good well after dealing with the service department at downs ford i could have screamed took truck in to have it looked at found out battery was no good i can deal with that one . ask to look at my truck back seat is wet said its $104.00 an hour to find leak it turns out to be the third brake lift leaks . $225.00 they wanted for the light say its not covered in waranty are you kidding so that a total of 329.00 to fix a light , ok its gets better sale men calls to say hey whats with this reveiw it posted told him the story said he would see what he could do and call me back guess he forgot my number LMAO so besides all that had to have my back seat cleaned by someone to get the stink or maybe mold out of it THANKS DOWNS FORD oh yeah i do sales for a living too and i would never do this to a customer oh thats right im not a car sales men LMAO More
