I took my Explorer truck there because there was two nails in my tires. I have the tire warranty and they said it was not covered by the warranty. I was told they would not cover anything, meanwhile eve nails in my tires. I have the tire warranty and they said it was not covered by the warranty. I was told they would not cover anything, meanwhile every month I pay for a tire warranty. I have had Acura’s, Mercedes, and BMW and never had this issue before. The recommended I buy all new four tires which was close to $1000. Very upsetting they did not even offer to do anything for me. I have leased my truck from their dealership and signed up for the tire warranty at their dealership. They never mentioned any of this when signing up for it. The warranty is a scam they offer just to get extra money a month from you. My lease is up in 7 months and safe to say after this experience I will not be leasing another vehicle from them. More
Received a letter in the mail to get a recall serviced on my vehicle about a year ago, i’ve always taken good care of my car and always did any service ever needed and very well maintained. My wife is now pregnant and the recall was for dangerous airbags so i decided it was time to get the recall serviced being there will be a baby in the car now. I never even wanted to take my car to get the recall fixed because anytime you go to a dealership, they always find more issues with your car when there was nothing wrong before. After I get my vehicle back and drive off of the lot, my CHECK ENGINE, and AIRBAG LIGHT illuminated in the dash. The service manager tried to tell me neither of them has to do with the service they did. IVE NEVER HAD A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OR AIRBAG LIGHT ON BEFORE AND YOU SERVICED MY AIRBAGS AND ARE TELLING ME THE AIRBAG LIGHT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR REPAIR?! Does that make any xxxx sense? And try telling em me now I have to pay all this money to fix a mistake you guys made? My car has never ever had one light or issue, and now i have to jump through a bunch of hoops and contact Ford Inc., and my attorney to make this a civil court matter. Worst service and customer support ever, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE More
Great job by entire sales, management, and service staff under difficult circumstances. They went out of their way to make sure everything was sanitized with customers health their primary concern! ....And under difficult circumstances. Starting with ,,," your steering wheel might fall off " & other things. added along the way . ...Now my remote start which was ordered and came with the car... Not even 5yrs old. and it does not work. That is one problem in and of itself. Especially since I have an aftermarket one on another car I own. Installed about 14-15 yrs ago... Still works...and still has original battery and mine on the Fusion does not. Then have the problem that the FOB doesn't even come up in their data base when it was ordered / installed at factory when car was produced in Mexico and purchased. So now a replacement ( as warranty has expired ) Will no doubt cost me dollars or I'll just leave the convenience of said not fixed. More

Worst customer service on the planet. I have attempted numerous times to use this service dept on my brand new Ford. I have made numerous appointments only to have them cancelled, and aski I have attempted numerous times to use this service dept on my brand new Ford. I have made numerous appointments only to have them cancelled, and asking me to reschedule. “THE” guy is never working to fix my car. Top that off with some of the worst service reps I’ve ever personally seen. More

The appointment schedule was open so I booked a 7:30 am July 5th. I arrive I was told that they were booked and if the mechanic has time he will LOOK at it. I asked the young lady how about tomorrow she tells me they are booked I glanced over and saw all days are booked then why the xxxx would you show availability on line and not have any. I wouldn't recommend this dealer at all. They lie.. Now my car won't get the service that it need... I'm screwed.... More
