Brandon greeted us as we walked up to dealership from our vehicle. Asked us what vehicle we were interested in if a certified used or new vehicle and we let him know a new forester. Leased our first EV from dealership. Experience was not what a new EV owner should experience. First, only provided 134 miles or 60% charge. Only showed us the 110 watt charger, where to plug in car, and explained someone would invite us back after 14 days to fully go over the car. 15 days came and went, still no one has reached out. Not a great experience for a first time customer of Subaru, and this particular dealership. More
