I got a fair price on my xxx trade (1997 Avalon without reverse!) and we met halfway on OUT THE DOOR price and made a deal. Very painless. If their computers network did not crash, we could have been out in two hours, Instead we had lunch next door and came back to pick up paperwork. Our salesman Fred new his cars well, and was no nonsense! Excellent deal, great salesman, fantastic car! More

Lied to and ignored Went on a Saturday, was told the sales manager wasn’t there on the busiest day of the week. Then was told I could not factory order a car. We left Centennial Toyota and went to Autonation Toyota who treated us with respect and found 22 available cars in the surrounding states. I am disgusted with Centennial Toyota for lying and treating us like we didn’t matter. More
