I recently took my new Volkswagen in for a simple oil change, expecting it to take the two hours the service advisor had estimated. Instead, I was left waiting for over three hours with no updates or exp change, expecting it to take the two hours the service advisor had estimated. To make matters worse, they didn’t even ask if I wanted a tire rotation, which I assumed would be included in the first couple of services for a new car. Really disappointed with the lack of efficiency and communication from the service department. Not the level of service I expected from Volkswagen. More
