This place is disgustingly horrible. Never do business with them. Before I bought the car, I made it clear that I was an Arizona resident and would need to Title and and Register it in Never do business with them. Before I bought the car, I made it clear that I was an Arizona resident and would need to Title and and Register it in Arizona and not CA. They understood and agreed. After I signed the contract is when everything changed. First they said they couldn't give me the MSO. Then they went back on their word and said they had to title it in CA. I finally got them to agree to send MSO to Arizona. After practically begging and pleading, six weeks later, they finally did. But these "geniuses" didn't sign it, or put my name on it, nor the lien holders. So AZ sent it back. But before they even got it back, they had already applied for CA title. So essentially they applied for titles in two different states at the same time. Which is a federal crime and state crimes in both CA and AZ. If I had known they were going to do this, I never would've bought the car from them. On top of all this, their communication was xxxx poor. And when I would hear from the finance manager, he would consistently contradict himself. Hard to believe he's been doing this for twenty years (or so he says) Stay away. Buyer Beware! More
